Twilight Time, Dark Moon

My painting, Twilight Time, Dark Moon was accepted by the American Watercolor Society 142nd Annual Traveling Exhibition.  It will begin traveling the country this Friday with the first stop in Texas.  They sent the following notice:

“It is a great pleasure to inform you that your painting has been selected by the Jury of Awards for inclusion in the American Watercolor Society’s 142nd Annual Traveling Exhibition. We congratulate you on the honor of being among those artists whose work will go on a circuit of museums and galleries around the country in the year ahead. There are 40 paintings in the traveling exhibit. The cities where the exhibit will be hung are:”

20th Anniversary of “Women On Paper”

20th Anniversary Event for Women on Paper

For many years I have been painting with a group of women on Wednesdays.  The eight member group just celebrated it’s 20th Anniversary with an exhibition at the Aiken Center for the Arts in Aiken, South Carolina.  Each member got to hang 8 pieces of art.
